refund policy

We fully understand that receiving an item you’ve ordered that isn’t quite what you expected can be most disappointing.  Thats why we give you a full 14 days from the date of delivery to change your mind.  We will do our best to treat you the way we we like to be treated when we have to return an item, with courtesy and respect. 

RETURNS

You have the right to cancel your order within 14 days from the day it is delivered to you.

If you wish to cancel your order, please email us telling us why you wish to cancel.  If you are returning the item because you have changed your mind we will ask you to pay for the return delivery.

Please ensure that the item is securely wrapped and packaged adequately to prevent damage during return transit.  If the item is damaged during the return transit this may incur an additional charge.

Once we have received the item, we will inspect it and proceed with the refund / exchange / repair.

If a refund is agreed you should expect your refund within 14 days.

If you have already used the item returning it may not be possible, please email us to explain why you would like to return it.

DAMAGE ON DELIVERY

You must inform us of any damage within 3 days of receiving your item if it has been damaged.  If you have already used your item then we can not accept claims of delivery damage.

If you believe the item has arrived damaged then please accept our apologies, we take every effort to protect against this event.  You should take photos of the outer and inner packaging as well as the damage itself and send to us along with a brief description.  Please do this straight away and keep all the packaging in case the item needs to be returned to us.

Once we have agreed that the item has been damaged, we will arrange to have it collected and returned to us, we will then investigate the damage.  We may decide that the item can be restored to its original condition either way we will inform you of our decision and either repair or replace the item.

 

BESPOKE, CUSTOM OR CUSTOMISED ORDERS

Bespoke, custom or customised orders cannot be returned unless they are damaged or faulty, please see damage on Delivery above.

We will make sure you get detailed high-quality photographs of your custom order throughout the process, so you know that its exactly what you want and are happy with it before it leaves us.
